MEANING

At the outset, let me tell you what I mean by zenithopian.

Zenithopian is the combination of two words: zenith and utopian= Zenithopian. Zenith means (as you know) the time at which something is most powerful or successful. And utopian means an idealistic state where “everything is perfect.”

Origin

I coined the word at that time of my life when I desperately wanted to be successful, successful in terms of finance, relationship, health, etc, and success in almost every aspect. Fulfilling them seemed like a utopian dream. Therefore, I’ve coined the term zenithopian (zenith + utopian) to refer to a state where n someone desperately wants to be successful but it seems like a utopia.

WHY DID I START ZENITHOPIAN?

Because I wanted to reach that state and I am sure most of you, if not everyone, also want to achieve that state.

Life is an endless pursuit of perfection.

HOW TO REACH THAT STATE?

For me, anyone can reach that state by following the footprints of great souls. Let me be straightforward: I am talking about books. Wait, I am not talking about every book that has been written on this planet. Reading them is a herculean task and it is nobody’s cup of tea. So the practical approach would be to select the best ones. So I started to read books. Lots of books.

WHAT DOES ZENITHOPIAN DO?

Here I pick the best books from every genre (based on some criteria) and share my thoughts on them and will encourage you to read them as well. I’ll focus (in most cases) on the pragmatic aspect of the book, along with other aspects, so that we can learn from them.

From personal development to finance to spiritual books which provide value and can be implemented in our daily life so that we can lead a beautiful life. Isn’t it interesting?

Moreover, I also share my thoughts on simple topics yet intriguing (such as what is love, what is life, etc.) In short, it is a Zenithopian is my attempt to share whatever I learn from books along with my sharing of my opinions on some topics.

Here I want to answer a probable question that might arise in your mind. People usually say, “Don’t stretch too many topics.” Let me break it down for you. What they say is if someone enjoys reading romance or self-help books, s/he should not talk about other genres (e.g finance, relationships, etc.). The reasonable argument for the statement is the diversity of the audience. The more diverse the audience, the lesser the chance of creating loyalty in the channel.

However, with due respect, I defy the statement. The reason for starting Zenithopian is to lead a happy life by following the footprints of talented authors. If I focus only on romance or self-help books all my life, then there’s hardly any chance of exploring new avenues for me as a reader and sharing whatever I could.

I want to explore new things. I don’t have any interest in becoming a master of something, rather Zenithopian is the record of my journey as a reader and having a good life. I will suggest books from different genres based on 1 parameter, and that is how it will add value to your life.

And talking about the diversity of the audience, my channel is dedicated to those audiences who believe in the power of books and the life-long wisdom that we receive from books. Therefore, I welcome anyone whose thoughts align with mine.

The honest thing about me is that, unlike other booktubers, I was not a bookaholic until I made my book blog, however; I had a deep interest in changing my life or experiencing life through books. So you could also change yourself like me.

FOR WHOM ZENITHOPIAN IS FOR?

It is for anyone who wants

to become a reader,

to enjoy the nectar of great teachings from books and enjoy a happy life (I’ve already defined it above) in a better way.

to engage yourself in a discussion about books (I mentioned above) then this channel is right for you.

WHY PREDOMINANTLY BOOKS?

Simple. There are three types of people:

· Dull- one who repeats the same mistake.

· Smart- who learns from past mistakes but it’s a slow process.

· Wise- who learns from the mistakes of masters so that there are fewer mistakes on their part and it’s a fast process.

Now, what type of person would you want to be? If you choose option three then, what is the best way to achieve that?

Books. Yes. Cheap and ever-lasting.
